What does it take to deliver an inspirational speech?

We all want to deliver an inspirational speech to our audience. To simply inform isn’t enough. It’s next to impossible to move an audience with bare facts.

When you inspire your listeners, they start to remember and, more importantly, ACT on what you are saying.

If you are instructing the audience – telling them how to cook – it’s boring and doesn’t work. Very few people have a learning style that allows them to remember information by simply hearing it.

Your job is to show them as much as you can. Take props or anything that will help you show! Better yet, let them do something. They will have muscle memory to repeat it the next time.
